The Elves have no gods.
They did, once, but during the last Great Cataclysm the Elven gods stood together and gave their lives and essences to prevent the world from being destroyed. While the world was saved, the cost was immense. They were consumed entirely in the great ritual.
The Elven people mourn their gods, and remember them with honor, but they accept that they are gone. Most have become atheistic, and do not worship any gods at all, while some have adopted one or more of the gods of the world.
The names of the gods are remembered like favored ancestors, and are still used in oaths and curses, but they carry no power. There are no Clerics or Paladins of the Elven gods.
